HR Policies/ HR System followed in MAHAGENCO.
OBJECTIVES
OF THE STUDY
To
understand the Human Resource Policy for examining the causes of
attrition, turnover and other related issues and evaluating the effect of
employees leaving the Organization. To
study other related issues of retention and suggest the suitable measures
to retain the employee.To develop a framework and a database
which can help the organization understand the goals of retention of
employees, nurturing the ability and creating opportunity for the
employees.
